Giving congregations a spiritual boost
Every congregation regardless of size needs a spiritual boost occasionally. The Holy Spirit uses PFR Congregational Renewal events to bring revitalization to local churches. These events combine the preaching and teaching of pastors and lay people with the testimonies of Christians from a wide range of churches and life situations. The entire visiting team is housed by members of the local church. Nearly everyone is energized by the testimonies of and discussions with people that are passionate about their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Each Congregational Renewal event is designed to launch an ongoing season of renewal in the life of a congregation. The three- or four-day event presents Jesus Christ to those who have not received him; helps Christians deepen their commitment to Jesus Christ; and, by example, teaches people how to share their faith. The renewal event focuses on preaching and teaching the Word of God and shared testimonies from people of other Presbyterian congregations.
